Joel A. Neikirk is the manager of SCS. He is a transformation leader with extensive experience in business development, operations, and supply chain optimization spanning multiple industries. His team of supply chain and technical experts provide high quality, professional and innovative solutions for their clients. Joel also serves as president and CEO of RSI. Previously, he was the chief operating officer of Midamerica Hotels Corporation and Drury Restaurants, a franchise that operates Burger King® and Popeyes® restaurants in the Midwest.
Patrick “Pat” Webster is general manager of SCS, overseeing the company’s operations globally and ensures delivery of high quality professional supply chain services. He is a dynamic and seasoned professional with unique and significant finance experience. He is a CPA with public accounting experience at Deloitte & Touche and was the Controller for several organizations. Pat also serves as chief financial officer and vice president, risk management for RSI.
With a keen ability to apply and share his all-around knowledge of integrated supply chain management, John Sutton oversees all global procurement activities at SCS. He is a 25-year supply chain and purchasing expert who, combined with his deep-rooted supplier relationships, helps ensure profitable procurement solutions. John also serves as the vice president of purchasing for RSI, where he is responsible for the strategic sourcing of food and packaging items to the tune of $3 billion a year.
Chris Daly deliverd information technology to meet the evolving business needs of SCS clients. He brings nearly 30 years of leadership experience in the design, development and implementation of state-of-the-art, large-scale information systems, including business intelligence architecture and application, database and data warehouse design. Chris also serves as chief information officer at RSI, where his team provides a broad understanding of current and newly emerging technologies, drives innovation and builds unmatched platforms to improve business efficiencies.
With a background in warehouse and distribution, and expertise in promotions planning and inventory management, Lisa Bonet oversees distribution, inventory optimization and business analysis at SCS. She brings 30 years of supply chain and food service industry experience to this essential component of the company. Lisa is also vice president of distribution and promotions planning for RSI, focusing on distribution processes and strategies and managing inventory commitments of approximately $100 million a year.
The company’s legal and strategic communications functions are led by Rochelle Trafton. An attorney for more than 20 years, she has substantial knowledge and legal experience in human resources law and supply chain management. Rochelle also serves as the chief legal officer for RSI, providing strategic direction for the legal department and extensive counsel to key business areas including purchasing, distribution, logistics, communications and information technology, among others.
Javier “Jay” Rodriguez is responsible for sourcing equipment and product and building maintenance services for SCS with nearly 40 years of experience in the quick service restaurant (QSR) industry. As head of equipment and facilities for RSI, Jay presently manages hundreds of supplier contracts representing more than 20,000 SKUs. Throughout his career Jay has helped developed specifications, test, designed and approve numerous equipment technologies and platforms.
