SCS Data Privacy Policy
Supply Chain Services, LLC (“SCS”) is a privacy conscious organization and is strongly committed to your right to privacy. This Privacy Statement describes how SCS collects, uses, and discloses personal data on the SCS website (“Website”). By submitting personal data, a visitor to our Website is agreeing to SCS’s use of such data as described in this privacy statement.
When you submit registration information, your information is hosted on our internal servers. SCS requests your personal information, including your name, company name, phone number, and e-mail address at certain collection points and maintains the information on its server which will be accessed by SCS only and no other third parties, except for our third party e-mail distribution provider that forwards e-mails to you on SCS’s behalf and at times, the SCS affiliate, Restaurant Services, Inc. (“Limited Third Party Use”). In addition, it is optional for you to provide additional information in the “How Can We Help You” section, and such information will also as a courtesy be securely maintained and not shared with third parties except for Limited Third Party Use. After your information has been entered into the SCS database, SCS retains indefinitely all the information gathered about you in an effort to make your repeat use with SCS more efficient, practical and relevant. You are able to correct or update your information submitted on the Website by contacting an SCS representative at info@supplychainserv.com, or by responding to periodic e-mails from SCS.
SCS’s Use of the Information
We use the information we gather on the Website for the purpose of delivering the services that we offer and, ultimately, to create sales opportunities. We may use your contact information that you provide in the online registration forms to contact you via telephone or e-mail if you subscribe to the mailing list, regarding SCS Services and any updates at the Website. Should you decide that you would no longer like to be contacted by SCS, please notify SCS and our best efforts will be used to remove you from our contact list. If you do not wish to receive future e-mails from SCS, please reply to the SCS e-mail communication by including “Unsubscribe” in the subject line. Accordingly, you should not receive similar e-mail communications from SCS in the future.

Passive Information Collection
SCS uses persistent “cookies” to help personalize and maximize your online experience and time online.
